I'm Chelsey Walton, my friends know me as Chel.

My purpose in this lifetime is to catalyse stagnant situations and to shift blockages wherever I meet them. I am here to free myself from my own conditioning and to guide others beyond their limitations in this respect. My ultimate fulfillment lies in being of service and my highest potential is to become a living embodiment of wisdom. 1:1 Customized Sessions

Poisonous Plant Consciousness Guided Drum Journey

In these sessions, I will guide you into a deeply relaxing, meditative state. I layer in Shamanic drumming and invoke the spirit of a poisonous plant ally. These plants are here to help us in our shadow work and often have messages to share. The journey will last about 30-45 minutes. You will have time to journal afterwards and from there I will help you to integrate the messages and decipher any symbolism.

Grief Support

In these sessions we will begin with a guided meditation designed to help you drop into your heart center. We will move into a reflective listening exercise where you will be given the space to communicate whatever it is you are needing to express about your grief process.

I will also share tools you can take with you that empower you to ask others for what you need.

Non- Specific Guidance

You take the reigns here. Whatever it is you are needing support with can be discussed in this session. I will be actively listening, absorbing your energy and offering unique guidance from that place.

Reiki

In these 1:1 sessions, I offer a relaxing guided meditation. I call upon the healing energy of Reiki, helpful ancestors and guides, the spirits of the plants and earthly realm who wish to support your healing.

I channel this energy though my body, acting as a conduit, and pass the healing light through my hands. This type of energy work can shift blockages in your emotional, even your physical body and recharge your life force. This works best in person but can still be felt long distance.
